Our fair will feature a variety of Ukrainian food, desserts, activities for kids, souvenirs, art and crafts sales. We will also have some classes available, and more information on that is to come! Join us on learning how to make Mulled Wine, or Glintwine! Tanya Nikolaenko will be leading a class in how to do so. Mulled wine became popular in Europe and was known as "spiced wine" or "hippocras". The spices used included cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg. The class will be $25, seats limited.
